Employer Sponsored Skilled
- Temporary Entry Long Stay Business (Subclass 457)
- The Temporary Entry Long Stay Business Visa provides a mechanism for employers to employ overseas skilled workers wheny they are unable to fill skilled positions from within the Northern Territory labour market.
- Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Subclass 857 and Subclass 119)
- The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) is a visa scheme that enables regional employers, who are unable to fill skilled positions from within the Northern Territory labour market, to employ skilled personnel from overseas.
- Occupational Trainee (Subclass 442)

- A Labour Agreement is a formal agreement between employers and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship that allows employers to nominate and recruit a specified number of workers in specified occupations from overseas in response to identified or emerging skills shortages that are not able to be met from within the local labour market.
Northern Territory Sponsored Skilled
- Skilled-Regional Sponsored (Subclass 487 and Subclass 475)
- The Skilled-Regional Sponsored Visa scheme allows skilled overseas people who have achieved at least 65 points on the General Skilled Migration points test to obtain a three year provisional visa.
- Skilled-Sponsored (Subclass 886 and Subclass 176)
- The Skilled-Sponsored Visa scheme allows skilled overseas people who have achieved at least 65 points on the General Skilled Migration points test to migrate to Australia (Australian Permanent Residency).

- Business Skills Entry

- Investor Retirement (Subclass 405)
- Investor Retirement visa allows eligible retirees, aged 55 years and over to obtain a long term temporary visa to settle in Australia.
