The Northern Territory will consider your application for nomination under the Skilled - Sponsored visa if:

- qualifications and experience accord with the needs of Northern Territory employers.
Please note that graduates from Australian Universitiesᅠand Teritiary Institutions outside the Northern Territory will be assessed on a case by case basis, and will be required to produce proof of:
- employment, and
- residency in the Northern Territory
before sponsorship nomination will be finalised.
There is provision for the Northern Territory to nominate applicants whose occupations are not on the Northern Territory Baseline List of Occupations. Such 'Off List' nominations will only be considered if:

Any support networks you have in the Northern Territory will be taken into account in assessing you financial capacity.
The recommended minimum value of net assets required for settling in the Northern Territory, based on family composition, are:
| Family Composition | Minimum Value of Net Assets |
